I needed to throw a smallish 25 person lunch at our office and wanted to try The Little Eggplant, as we heard their food truck in the summer was amazing. I ordered a mixture platter of cold cut, chicken pesto, spicy Sicilian and vegetarian sandwiches. Everyone was delighted to see such fresh looking sandwiches. We also ordered a Mediterranean salad that was so fresh and tasty with its homemade dressing. The food was incredible and we have had multiple requests to bring in those yummy sandwiches again! Don’t let me forget to add that the macaroons were hands-down the best ones I have ever eaten, so fresh and tasty. Thanks so much Fil for a great catered lunch!

We hired Fil to cater our staff party. He provided sandwiches and salads and dessert. Everything was very delicious!  After the first helping or two, people still kept going back for more until it was all gone! Fil and crew were on time and delivered an excellent product.
