  • Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

2. Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns on perishable items, including all fresh, refrigerated, and frozen foods. However, if the product you received is damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for assistance.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

4. Refund Process

Once we’ve received your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Perishable items that were correctly delivered and are not defective.
  • Products that have been opened or consumed.
  • Orders placed with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
